Booking Policy for Boat Booking
For booking the Boat and ferry tickets for various Islands in Andaman here is the process:

  • Select your Island and fill the details
  • Make the payment online
  • Receive the tickets in a second in your Watsapp or Email

The tickets has to be shown in the tickets counter of Water Sports Complex for Ross island trip, or both Ross island and North Bay trip
The tickets to be shown in the Havelock Jetty tickets counter for Elephant beach boat trip

Arrival and Departure Points
Ross Island : WATER SPORTS COMPLEX is the departure point of all the ferries for Ross Island, North Bay located in Port Blair
Elephant Beach : HAELOCK JETTY is the departure point of all boats and ferries for Elephant beach located in the town of Havelock island

Cancellation Policy for Boat Tickets
If you cancel the boat and ferry service you booked, cancellation fees will apply. A cancellation will only be effective when we receive written confirmation or email or Watsapp of the cancellation. If you cancel a trip:

  1. In Between 0-24 hours  – No amount will be refunded & the complete boat charge will be applied
  2. Before 24 hours – A cancellation fees of Rs100 /- per ticket will be applied. Remaining will be sent back to you

The refund amount will take around 12-24 hours to be processed in to your bank account

Confirmation Policy Boat Tickets Booking
A confirmation tickets will be generated and send to your respective email or WhatsApp  once initial the amount is received. Confirmation voucher will be in PDF format and it will have your Names, Dates, Selected Ferry & the route.
