Booking Policy for Boat Booking
For booking the Boat and ferry tickets for various Islands in Andaman here is the process:

  • Select your Island and fill the details
  • Make the payment online
  • Receive the tickets in a second in your Watsapp or Email

The tickets has to be shown in the tickets counter of in the soft copy or hard copy format at Port Blair Jetty, Havelock Jetty and Neil Jetty

Arrival and Departure Points

PORT BLAIR : 
Haddo wharf or Chatham Jetty is the departure and arrival point in Port Blair

HAVELOCK (SWARAJ DWEEP):
Havelock Jetty is the departure point of all boats and ferries

NEIL (SHAHEED DWEEP):
Neil Island JETTY is the departure point of all ferries from Neil

Cancellation Policy for Boat Tickets
If you cancel the boat and ferry service you booked, cancellation fees will apply. A cancellation will only be effective when we receive written confirmation or email or Watsapp of the cancellation. If you cancel a trip:

  1. In Between 0-24 hours  – No amount will be refunded & the complete boat charge will be applied
  2. Before 24 hours – 50% of the total amount will be refunded back
  3. Before 48 hours - Rs 200 will be charged per ticket

The refund amount will take around 12-24 hours to be processed in to your bank account

Confirmation Policy Boat Tickets Booking
A confirmation tickets will be generated and send to your respective email or WhatsApp as soon as you make the payment. Confirmation voucher will be in PDF format and you will also get a message with the PNR number which will have your Names, Dates, Selected Ferry & the route.
